    1. You made a booking, or changed a booking, between 10.58pm on 21 August 2018 and 9:45pm on 5 September 2018;<\/li>\n
    2. You did NOT<\/strong> use Apple Pay (customers who used Apple Pay are thought to not be affected);<\/li>\n
    3. You did NOT<\/strong> use a Travel Agent where you paid through the Agent as opposed to paying through BA yourself.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      If you paid using PayPal<\/strong>, you may have only had your personal information breached as opposed to your payment cared data, so you should be at less risk of fraud and theft, but you can still claim<\/strong> for having your personal data breached in any event.<\/p>\n

      IMPORTANT<\/strong>: if you made changes and \/ or additions to your booking, such as paying for a specific seat reservation, an upgrade, or perhaps an in-flight meal, you may be affected in any event.<\/p>\n

      As the scandal only came to light last week, it may be that the criteria is subject to change, but we will endeavour to keep you informed.<\/p>\n
