Lloyds Banking Group have announced that card replacement are being issued to customers affected by the Ticketmaster<\/strong> <\/a>and British Airways data breaches<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Data Leak Lawyers \u2013 representing victims in over 20 different data breach actions \u2013 are fighting for the rights of victims in both these breaches. The news that Lloyds is issuing replacement cards after the data breaches comes as no surprise. With victims of both data breach incidents at immediate risk of fraud, people need protection.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s so much more victims can do in terms of justice for both breaches. We launched our group actions for both the British Airways data breach<\/strong><\/a> and the Ticketmaster data breach<\/strong><\/a> as soon as news broke of the incidents.<\/p>\n

Ticketmaster and British Airways data breach incidents leads to card replacements<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The huge Ticketmaster and British Airways data breach<\/strong><\/a> incidents has prompted Lloyds to issue replacement cards for affected customers. This has been done in efforts to protect victims against the imminent risks of fraud the breaches have put them at.<\/p>\n

Lloyds is also understood to be working with the companies as part of post-data breach risk management. With hundreds of thousands affected across the two breaches, a large number of Lloyds customers are thought to be affected.<\/p>\n

Same hackers behind the British Airways and Ticketmaster data breaches<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The two incidents are linked, as it\u2019s understood that it was the same hackers behind both the British Airways and Ticketmaster data breaches<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

The hackers behind the attacks are thought to be the same ones also involved in the Newegg data breach<\/strong><\/a> we\u2019re also advising victims for.<\/p>\n

There may well be others hit soon as well.<\/p>\n

Victims\u2019 rights to data breach compensation against Ticketmaster and British Airways<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Victims of the Ticketmaster and British Airways hacks are entitled to make a claim for data breach compensation<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
