We\u2019re still getting fresh enquiries for one of the recent group actions we\u2019ve been involved in where the cut-off date elapsed last year. What we can say is that the lawyers acting for BA appear to be wanting a very short cut-off date for people to join the action, which means the deadline could be imminent.<\/p>\n<p>For those who have already signed-up for a case in the <strong>BA Group Action<\/strong>, we can prepare their cases.
