Are you one of the around 2,000 Greater Manchester NHS patients who have received letters from Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh NHS Foundation Trust about improper and unauthorised access to your medical records?<\/p>\n

Some victims have been subjected to a single incident of improper access, whereas others have had their information accessed on multiple occasions.
