All you need to do is:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Check your eligibility on our BA Group Action website here;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>If you are eligible, you can complete the further forms on the site to start your case;<\/li>\n<li>Once you have agreed to the No Win, No Fee agreement and the funding and insurance agreements to protect you for claiming, you\u2019re on your way.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And that\u2019s it for the moment. There will then be a requirement to provide certain information and evidence to help support your claim, and when we have that, your place in the action can be secured.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>What has happened in the court case so far?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There has been a few developments in the court case so far as we fight for the rights of those who are entitled to <strong>make a British Airways hack compensation claim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>One of the big hearings took place earlier this month, and the result of this saw:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The deadline to <strong>join the action<\/strong> being established;<\/li>\n<li>The Group Litigation Order (GLO) and the framework for how the court action will proceed being established.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>There had been some previous disputes with regards to the final cut-off date to join the action, and this included BA\u2019s lawyers trying to go for a short deadline period. We were successful in arguing for a much lengthier one, and we were very pleased with our appointment to the Steering Committee.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>When do I need to join by?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You can <strong>join the British Airways hack compensation action right now<\/strong>, and we recommend that you initiate your case sooner rather than later.<\/p>\n<p>The final deadline to have your claim fully finalised is set for early 2021. However, there can be a lot that needs doing between now and then.
