This appears to be the rather simple &#8211; but potentially catastrophic &#8211; cause of the breach.<\/p>\n<p>It is understood that the hundreds of documents involved included personal details and some information that would be classified as sensitive. Apologies have been issued and the matter has been reported to the UK\u2019s data watchdog, the Information Commissioner\u2019s Office (ICO).
