Short deadline to join British Airways class action

There may be in incredibly and unprecedented short deadline to join the British Airways class action after lawyers for the airline want  a 17-week cut-off date to join the group case.

This may mean that victims – who could be eligible to claim, on average, £6,000.00, or as much as £16,000.00 in damages where the impact is extreme – could receive nothing. If the deadline is missed, people will normally need to ask the court for special permission to join the action late.

A ‘new low’ for British Airways
