This includes on bank holidays, and we usually only close for a short period of time over Christmas. Don’t worry, our team works on shifts which is how they are able to be on-hand so much.

It’s also good to know that our actual office is open – we don’t outsource to a call centre outside of normal working hours. When you contact the team here, it’s our office that you are coming through to and our office that is open.
How quickly can we let you know?
In most cases, we can let you know on the first call where we conduct your free data breach claims assessment if we can take the claim forward or not. Once you have explained what has happened, the team can usually take it on right away if we consider that there is a case to proceed with.
On occasions, a case may need to be quickly referred to a senior member of staff. If this is the case, we can still usually do this on the same call. As such, you should know, in most cases, on the initial assessment call if we can help you or not.
