We offer genuine No Win, No Fee agreements for our clients. Why we do this is simple:
- As a victim, you deserve your chance to get access to justice;
- We can carefully risk assess your case and take it on if we think we have a good chance of winning the claim;
- We can try and establish, as early as possible, whether the opponent will be accepting responsibility.
Our promises - in black and white
We put all of the promises for our No Win, No Fee arrangement in our paperwork. It's there for you to keep so you can rest assured that we really can waive our legal fees if the case is not successful. It also shows you that we are serious about winning your case because we will only recover fees if we actually succeed with a claim.
Our job is to fight for your rights and that's what we pledge to do. But it's helpful for you to know that our fees are at stake as well!
Importantly, our No Win, No Fee does exactly what it says it does. Over the many years that we have been fighting for people’s rights, we have taken forward tens of thousands of individual claims and dozens of group and multi-party actions. Unfortunately, we cannot win them all, and there are cases where is turns out that the law means that an opponent has a legitimate defence to a case. When that has happened, we have proudly honoured our No Win, No Fee commitments, even in cases where victims should have won their case but the Defendant intentionally went into liquidation and avoided paying out.
We honour the promises we make to our clients!
If you know that you want to get your claim started right away then we have a fantastic offer for you.
In many cases, we can take your instructions and set the claim up with just one easy phone call. We can go through our funding advice with you, which will of course be sent out to you as well, and we can accept your case over the telephone.
If you're happy to instruct us and we think you have a case, we're happy to get things moving as early as we can for you.
