Lloyds Banking Group have announced that card replacement are being issued to customers affected by the Ticketmaster and British Airways data breaches.

Lloyds is also understood to be working with the companies as part of post-data breach risk management. With hundreds of thousands affected across the two breaches, a large number of Lloyds customers are thought to be affected.

Same hackers behind the British Airways and Ticketmaster data breaches

The two incidents are linked, as it’s understood that it was the same hackers behind both the British Airways and Ticketmaster data breaches.

The hackers behind the attacks are thought to be the same ones also involved in the Newegg data breach we’re also advising victims for.

There may well be others hit soon as well.
